I have informed Huntington School staff of any medical condition that the coach / instructor should be aware of eg; asthma, heart conditions, diabetes, epilepsy etc.There is no reason why my child should not participate in the physical activity session i.e; recovering from illness or injury.I accept that the above submitted information is correct and any liabiltiy on the part of Huntington School and its staff is excluded unless negligence can be proven.
